Our house is a brand new, modern and spacious space with an industrial style. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from both Playa Grande and Playa Negra. The area is quiet and safe, allowing you to fully enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. Whether you are on vacation or working from home, this is the perfect place for you. The beds are large and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. There is ample parking space and a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Please note that only the two main bedrooms have air conditioning at the moment. Additionally, please keep in mind that every child, regardless of age, is counted as one person. Lastly, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing any pets, as they are not allowed on the premises.

You will be asked for a security deposit for your stay. The amount varies depending on the number of days you are in the property. Normally it will be between $200 and $300 which will be returned the same day as check out.
